I have Ipitomy 1200. Is these a way I can have voicemails that are left to be transcribed into text and emailed to personal company email accounts that are connected to the server that the Auto-Attendant and Ipitomy 1200 are connected to.

There is no way to do this inside the Ipitomy Product. However you can use any third party service for transcription that you like but this would be handled outside the Ipitomy program.
