Why do my BLF lights only work when a monitored phone is unplugged or doesn't have service.

BLF fields wont display on a per call basis if the monitored extension has a call limit set in advanced extension settings. If you want the BLF to monitor on a per use basis you must set call limit to a number greater than 0, or else the BLF will only display when the call limit is reached.
