Why do my Analog Ports on my IP1000 stay open?
This is a problem that occurs when the central office does not recognize a certain type of disconnect signal. Please follow the below steps to solve this problem.
- Login to the PBX
- Go To Networking>Analog Interface>Voice
- Change Signal Method to Loop Period Shutdown as disconnect signal
- Change min period to 600
- Click Save Changes
- Go To Networking>Analog Interface>Reset Analog
- Click Reset Analog
Be sure to give the PBX a minute to do the reset.
