- can you recommend a wired headset to use with the 2.55 mm port on the IP550?
(525 views) - My IP 550 has all four Line lights on and flashing and the phone will not function, what is wrong and what can I do?
(494 views) - I have setup an Aastra 9133i as a remote extension. The phone registers, it has picked up its label and ext; time is correct; the proxy server is corrrect; the ports are forwarded as per instructions; I can dial exteral numbers and internal extensions; i hear the dial tone; I hear the ringing; when connected the phone displays the information on the phone I have reached, but as soon as the call is answered there is silence - I can't hear the person at the other end and that person cannot hear me.

I have an IP1000, and I can see my phones on the monitoring page. They are registered and monitored. I can call voicemail and voicemail will answer. However when I attempt to make intercom calls I cannot make intercom calls. What is the trouble?

(558 views) - I have a couple of questions. First, Can you provide me with the address to the test systems that techs can go to to practice programming? Second, We currently use a voicemail box to call our cell phones to let our techs know an emergency call has been received, they can retrieve the message and act accordingly. Will the Ipitomy voicemail system do this? Thanks

2 Phones 550 the Lamps are allways offHook on the BLF. Have reset the phones, All phones work ok.
