- How do i create a call cue? I want callers that are routed to an extension to be put on hold in the ordered they called if that extension is currently busy. Can this be done using Ipitomy1200 and an Aatra 6755i phone?

"If you know the extension you want to reach, please enter…" and the call will be routed directly to that person. If that person is on the line or busy then after 3-5 rings it will go straight to their voicemail.

(303 views) - The time is an hour ahead on our Ipitomy 1200 system. The time server is set at north-america.pool.ntp.org and the time zone is set to Eastern. Is there a different time server that should be used or is there a way to manually change the time?
(574 views) - When I select to record a prompt, the pbx dails the extension I selected, I pickup the extension, then the pbx says "Phrase management" press 1 to record a phrase, I follow the prompts, record the prompt, and press # to disconnect. After doing this I do not see the name of the prompt that I wished recorded. What am I doing wrong. I am the operator, also.
